Yes — the core Preet experience is completely free. You can create a profile, browse matches, and send messages at no cost. For advanced features like unlimited likes, Incognito Mode, and enhanced discovery filters, you can upgrade to Preet Premium.

Download the Preet app and register with your mobile number. We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to verify it. Once verified, you'll be guided through setting up your profile — photos, bio, interests, dating intention, and preferences.

Preet's matching system combines your stated preferences — location within Nepal, age range, dating intention, and interests — with compatibility signals learned from your activity on the platform. The more you engage authentically, the more accurate your match queue becomes.

Preet supports eSewa and Khalti for direct payments in Nepal. iOS users can subscribe via Apple In-App Purchase, and Android users can subscribe via Google Play Billing. Your financial credentials are never stored on Preet's servers — all transactions are handled securely within these payment ecosystems.

You can cancel at any time. If you subscribed via the App Store, go to your Apple ID subscription settings. For Google Play, manage it through your Play Store subscriptions. For eSewa or Khalti payments, cancel within the Preet app under Settings → Subscription.

All digital subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, please contact us through the in-app support section. Refunds for Apple and Google purchases are handled directly by those platforms per their respective refund policies.

Yes. Your private conversations are strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties, advertisers, or anyone outside your direct match. Preet does not read or monetise your chats.

Photo Blur hides your profile photos from people who haven't matched with you yet. Your images appear blurred in the discovery feed and are only revealed to matches you personally approve. You can toggle this feature on or off in your privacy settings.

When Incognito Mode is active, your profile is hidden from the general discovery feed. You become visible only to people you've already liked. It's useful when you want to browse privately without your profile appearing to everyone.

Peek lets you share short-lived photos or videos with your matches — similar to ephemeral media on other platforms. The content is designed to be non-saveable within the app. While Preet uses technical safeguards to prevent in-app saving, we can't prevent external screen recording, so only share Peek content with people you trust.

No — never. Preet has a strict policy against using your personal content for AI training. Your voice notes, photos, chat messages, and profile information are never used to train any internal or external machine learning models.

We use AI only for platform safety and matching quality — detecting bots, screening reported content, verifying profile authenticity, and improving match recommendations based on your stated preferences. No automated system makes binding decisions about your account without human review for serious cases.

No. Preet does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Period. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. Once confirmed, your profile, photos, and match history will be permanently deleted or anonymised from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Your profile and all associated data will be removed from our servers. However, messages you already sent to a match may remain visible in their local app — we cannot retroactively delete content from another user's device.
